Taking great interior or exterior photos of a home is a little more involved than just shoot and scoot.
I believe there are 7 basic, but key, components to taking great real estate photos for marketing homes:
- Use a DSLR camera
- Use an Ultra Wide Angle lens (judiciously)
- Use a good quality sturdy tripod
- Set your camera at the right height
- Compose each shot from a level point of view
- Use external flash when additional lighting is called for
- Carefully choose the best perspective to shoot from
